A pair of Baldwin 4-6-0s, circa 1876. Both were built for WCVM&GS, and both were later absorbed into the Southern Railway roster. bn-4008 was still on the roster until being sold to Georgia Car & Locomotive sometime in 1911. It was resold to a logging outfit in Florida after being converted to a woodburner by GC&L. bn-4009 was scrapped before the 1903 renumbering. It was not rebuilt into an 0-4-4T.
I have two versions, 4008 circa 1905 or so, and 4009 circa the late 1870s.
