Need some help removing the auto numbering system

I'm re-skinning some of Pencil's rolling stock and want to remove that auto numbering system. I know that the number 9 will print nothing and stop it while in the game but, when cloning the car, that doesn't work.
Is there a way to edit the config file to remove all instances of that function? I've played with it by deleting lines but haven't found the secret yet.
I've deleted all this but there's something else I'm missing.

also remove the effects section:
effects {
arn_g0 {
kind "attachment"

}
arn_g1 {

default-mesh <kuid2:104722:2511038:2>
}
as well as the script and class lines:
script "arn_wagon_b"
class "ARN_Wagon_Basic"

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you on this...
I've been fooling with this and haven't gotten it down yet. When I remove the above mentioned, I get a very blank config file that doesn't work anymore. I apparently don't know enough about it, yet.
I wanted to thank you anyway, though...

Do you have a copy of the V&T boxcars I did? Those don't have ARN, so you should be able to use the config and scripts from those as a base.

I'm sure I do. I see it's going to be a little more then I thought so I've put it off for now. I do understand what I have to do and that was one of my plans was to find a similar model to work with.

They won't be released until Collin's V&T route, but I'll email you one this evening.
