Re: First Project
Ok. Umm, Pencil I found out how to convert the box in question to an editable mesh. So how do you change the vertices once it has been converted, because I cannot find the right button for crap.

Re: First Project
You'll choose the vertex option under selection:
It's the 3 dots highlighted in the 2nd picture. Then use the move tool to select and move the appropriate vertexes.

Re: First Project
IrfanView will do it. I also use GadwinPrintScreen. They are both free.

IrfanView will fix it. It'll make it any size you want it. GadwinPrintScreen will also fix it. They'll make any pic any size you want.
800x600 is usually the max size most forum boards will allow, btw, so you can gage your pictures to that guide line or smaller...

Re: First Project
Looking good so far!
Your side sills look to be a bit small - the prototype sizes were around 9-12" tall and 4-5" thick.
This might be a bit of a nit-pick, but the truss rods don't actually bury themselves into the sills. They run alongside and then through the end sill, terminating in a large bolt. You can kind of see that in this model: http://members.fortunecity.com/gknowles ... _car_3.jpg
Hope that helps, and I look forward to seeing your progress!
