pencil's cars not showing up

I downloaded pencil's 36' flatcar and boxcars, but I can't get them to show up in the Railyard. I'm using Trainz Classics, I downloaded all dependencies, and the CMP hasn't found any errors with them, but they won't show up in Trainz! What to do...?

TC 1&2 don't like the way I did LOD on most of my stuff. This has been fixed in TC3; but could be the reason you are having problems.
Or, some of my lazyness may have rubbed off on my cars, and they decided it wasn't worth the effort of showing up

Does anyone know exactly when the next Trainz Classics is coming out?
