Is there a tutorial explaining hupfgeign's WS RS Junctions?

Curtis, you mentioned these turnouts over on Auran's forums and no one cares about animated turnouts over there so I will ask it here.

How does one get hupfgeign's WS RS Junctions to functon?

They don't work above 2006.

These are affected by the current bug in TS2010 and TS12. Knock on wood; they'll be fixed in the next patch.

Correction they only work in 2009.
