Two sets I can think of off the top of my head would be Prowler's boxcars on his site, and Meridious' boxcars at TPR.

Since you are looking for boxcars, I have an interesting script that
someone in TPR did, can't think of his name right now, but
it has a way that once you unload the car, there is a one in 7(?)
chance the doors will be left open by the cew at the facility.
The script is built in the boxcar files and I have the copy.
Just in case you may want something kind of interesting.

Re: Looking for industry interactive Boxcars.
OOOoooohh, hello Curtis. I am sooo sorry I could not remember who
belongs to this file. Seems now that I was the one who brought it up
at the time, remembering you, who made the file active, was a very good
idea. Thank you so much again.
I haven't used it since, however, could we persue using this code if you are in
agreement ?

Re: Looking for industry interactive Boxcars.
Sure, no problem. The script isn't anything fancy; you just get a random number, and if it is higher than a specific value*, you just skip over the 'close the door' part of the script.
* you could also do lower than a specific number; it really doesn't matter...
