I would like to notify everybody that I've opened a new web site. It's all MSTS but I do have plans to add the Trainz stuff someday, hopefuly...

Re: My MSTS models and stuff
Those are DYNAMIC shadows and 'roll' with the sun. I just learned how to do them and now need to update all my other buildings. LOLOLOL
Yeah, Trainz could use a little help in this department.
Thanks,

Re: My MSTS models and stuff
Got this idea from the late Elvanor. It's cheap company housing for the miners or loggers. I made these 4 variations.
Have fun!

Re: My MSTS models
Thanks, Curtis. I've never claimed to be a route builder and only needed a small one to test my models on which usually turns into a small route that I never release. LOL Here's a shot of a town I'm working on as my testing route grows a little bigger. http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/3868/mylittletow...

Re: My MSTS models
Here's a shot of all the cars I've made or converted so far. All this has been keeping me pretty busy. From back to front; 1. Old Logging Caboose 2. The Cook's Car 3. The Bunk Car 4. The Mess Car The rest are my Log Cars that you've already seen. My Sand Car is right behind the tender. http://img38....

Re: My MSTS models
Thanks, Curtis.
I've found another web host at a fraction of the price I've been paying so, will be re-building another web site in the near future. I'm not to sure if I'll re-host my old Trainz stuff or not yet but, will concider it.
Have fun!

Re: My MSTS models
Your reasons are all good, Jay. I'm not, in anyway, trying to convert anybody over to MSTS. I'm simply sharing, what I happen to be doing, with those who are interested. You like Trainz and I like MSTS so let's have some fun... Here's a couple of models I just finished tonight... http://img151.image...

Re: My MSTS models
You're good, Ben. That's a good point and is one of my reasons. I prefer the more realistic locomotive operations. Yes, you're right, Jay, the route editor is a nightmare. It ain't for sissys, that's for sure. LOL But, then again, I'm not a route builder. We've found a way to enlarge the limit of ou...

Re: My MSTS models
@ Jay, MSTS has always been my real love and I was only fooling around in Trainz till MSTS2 came along. Now that that is dead, I went back to MSTS. @ Curtis, Yeah, I noticed that too. I few imperfections I thought would be a nice touch. (Maybe not...) Unfrotunately, there is no loading in MSTS. Each...

My MSTS models and stuff
Hi all, Some of you know that I've quit Trainz and have gone back to MSTS. I'm in the process of converting my Trainz assets over to MSTS and thought I might share some of the cool things I'm doing. Here is a couple of my logging cars with a load on 'em. MSTS doesn't load cars so you have to add 'em...

Sad news of a departed friend
Hi all, I bring you all some very shocking and sad news. Norm Whitney, aka NWhitney, had a heart attack and died last January, 2009. He and I had been working on a number of projects together and he has helped out many others. Although he has never released anything of his own, he has had his 'hands...
